Are You Ready for A Deeper Experience?
The Forum is the heart of Peak Fellowship.
It is a small, trusted group of peers who commit to meeting regularly to move beyond surface conversations and into what truly matters—our decisions, challenges, leadership, and lives. In a confidential, facilitator-led setting, members share openly, listen deeply, and learn from one another’s real experiences.
Unlike lectures or one-time events, the Forum is built on continuity and trust. Over time, colleagues become collaborators, and collaborators become friends. The result is not only sharper clinical and business judgment, but also a sense of belonging and support that makes the journey less solitary and far more meaningful.
To Join a Forum:
You must first become a Fellow Member which will provide you with access to all Circles, Summits, Special Events, and Forum Participation
Then apply to Join a Forum. See below on how Forums work..
How Forums Work
Forum members meet once a month for a dedicated four-hour session, guided by Gestalt communication principles, where listening, presence, and experience-sharing take priority over advice or fixing.
During each meeting:
Two members present a professional, personal, or family topic
The group responds by sharing their own experiences
A member of the forum, acting as moderator, facilitates the conversation to ensure safety, balance, and depth
Each Forum is intentionally curated to avoid conflicts of interest. Members come from diverse backgrounds, specialties, and geographic locations to encourage openness and honest dialogue.

Forums are open exclusively to Fellow members and require a full-day Forum training prior to joining to ensure alignment with the format and culture.
